FAQs
How are you funded?
We are funded primarily through individual donations, grants, and subsidized fees from our clients.
Are my donations to Access Partners tax-deductible?
Yes, gifts to Access Partners are tax-exempt.
How do you find your clients?
By working through missions agencies, we can directly be connected with teams on the field or who are going to the field.
What types of business do you work with?
We have worked in manufacturing, product wholesale, training services, import and export services, among others.
Where do you work? Who do you work with?
For the protection of those we work with, we are unable to disclose specific names and locations because this information can put our friends in danger of being kicked out of the countries they are in (for the simple reason that they are there to preach the gospel).
How do you deal with corruption in countries where you work?
The church planters we work with are committed to do everything above board, in a manner that honors God and protects their gospel witness. This means they go through all the paperwork, they pay the right government fees (even if it?s more than what other local businesses pay), and they make sure they are following all business regulations.
I’m not a business director or entrepreneur type, but I’ve worked at a business for several years. Can I still help?
We have projects that require different types of expertise. If your church is one of our partner churches, get in touch with your Missions coordinator about joining your church’s pro bono consulting team. You can also send your resume for consideration in a future project at probono [at] access1040.com.
