Access Partners aims to find 3-5 business models that will work in the 10/40 window business climate. By seeking to focus on a small number of businesses types, we are able to efficiently analyze which models work best in different contexts and deploy these businesses more quickly with the experience of implementing the same business elsewhere. Since we have the opportunity to work with multiple church planting teams, we are also able to grow our knowledge base on what models work or don’t work for BAM purposes.

Phase Projects

Using a six-phased approach, we break down the business development process so that we can adequately spend time on reviewing business concepts. Through this system, we are also able to pull in industry experts and other business consultants to evaluate the right set up for a specific location and context. We are also able to document the process so that future projects can benefit from the findings of previous work.
