The Six Phases

In 2008, we’ve developed a more refined multi-phased process for incubating new BAM businesses.  This process establishes reusable templates for business analysis and development.  It also provides better hooks for partner Pro-bono Consultants in the US to make significant contributions.

Our six-phased approach encompasses jumpstarting and developing businesses to growing and transitioning from them. This approach was developed with the intention of increasing efficiency, clarity of expectations between the parties involved, and aiming for excellence for each project that we undertake with the CA Region.
